Refresh Yourself Within 5 Minutes

Are in a melancholic mood? Don’t worry; I am there at the click of your button I will take you out of that gloomy affair. What you need to do is just try out my supercharging advices, and you know what? After you give them a hit, you will suddenly start feeling cheery and happy. Work over them without any cheating.

Start a blog:
This will actually help you to open your heart and converse your feelings with others. Start talking with others and create new friends, there exists so many social networking sites over the internet like Twitter, Orkut, Messengers where you can chat with your mates simultaneously doing your work. Believe me, if you are a good sociable and affable person, you will be inundated with positive comments about your traits. Won’t that cheer you up?

Fabricate a blizzare story:
Sounds crazy and whacky… try this over those who actually jive over your head and drive you crazy; it will be a great fun. Envisage an imaginary situation as if the one who is eating your head with his bad weary story has an encounter with an appalling situation. This will definitely produce a big blast of laughter….ha.ha.ha.ha.

Place yourself in your favourite movie:
If you are sitting idly with dreary thoughts overcoming your mind, catch up with this superb frolic boosting trick. Imagine of your favorite movie scene where the hero has embraced the heroine over his arms and both are involved into a passionate affair, replace yourself with the protagonist. You will feel that you are on the top of the earth, don’t fly high in the air; you will have a great fall.

Immerse warmth sunrays:

For instance, change it with your favorite cartoon character’s name, pet names of your friends or spouse or any non-sense word that brings a sweet smile on your face.

Extraordinary work:
Try to come up with something new that has never been seen before, this will not only make you feel great but also you will be on the crest of adulation. People will admire your effort; positive vibrations from the aura will certainly accelerate your mood. As Adams Miller rightly states, “Novelty makes everybody feel good.”

Mark your calendar:
This will soothe your eyes, how? I have the answer. Mark on the calendar the forthcoming days when you will go out for a movie and dinner with your husband, go for an outing with your dear buddies or for visiting a shopping outlet. As you will look your calendar and see the days coming nearer day-by-day, you will feel as happy as you are actually rejoicing the moments.

Be generous:
Be kind and big-hearted, and you will experience the difference. The difference that brings in greater happiness and ecstasy and makes your life overjoyed. A recent research says that people felt joyous when they donated about $5 over others. This helping hand will surely bring around you good vibes from others and yourself as well. For instance: if you are visiting the market, bring some stuff for your neighbors too. See, from yourself how much it excites you.

Turn the negatives into positive:
You might be wondering, how is it possible? Don’t think much. Just read my suggestion. You just need to list a number of things into your account that had gone wrong from morning, after that read them aloud. You will find the things you were upset about were so silly and you were unnecessarily fussing about them. For instance, you screamed over your kids because they spoiled there clothes, you found a new grey hair in your head etc. So this will surely make you enjoy a big laugh on yourself.

Refresh Youorself Within 5 MinutesSpread positive vibes:
It’s so easy and every other human being specializes in it. Not a big daunting task, you just have to spread positive ambiance around, which will in return bring in some positive feedback. You might be familiar with the famous saying, “give respect, and take respect.” For instance, send text messages to your three friends praising their qualities you find good in them. See what comes back to you. Your generosity will spread happiness all around.

Lend a helping hand:
This way will make your inner self feel out of the world. What you need to do is just lend a helping hand to the needy sections of the society like charitable organizations, orphanages, old age homes, church etc. Make a call over there and ask from them what help can you do from your side? “The fact that you are soon to help others will only give you good contented feelings,” says Susan Ouellette, a health care educator in Baltimore, Maryland. So what are you waiting for, grab the phone and call right then.

Think about good things:
Surely, try this; this is the simplest of all. Sit in a calm place and try to recollect the happy memories that you cherish. Try to remember what fun did you indulged in with your friends? What did you specialize in? What did you achieve? suggests Dan Baker, PhD, author of What Happy Women Know. Recollecting all the pleasant memories will imbibe in you instant happiness and you will start feeling elated about yourself.

So don’t the tips sound astonishing, try them out and get the feeling of seventh heaven. Believe me, the tips that I have forwarded will supercharge your life with happiness, cheerfulness, friskiness.

    For me music does the trick! Everyone can do something which they like doing so that they feel nice! Feeling good about oneself is so important. Having a good sense of humor, laughing at yourself and not blaming people, being able to let go of mistakes..The forgiveness therapy does wonders!

    Keeping yourself cool and calm by practicing yoga and meditation does the trick of keeping you happy and cheerful..We must not get bogged down by work pressure and always keep ourselves stress free by engaging ourselves in interesting activities and developing meaningful relationships with people..Always staying in touch with your loved ones and doing fun things together brings back so many wonderful memories and lightens our soul.And when the soul is alive we are at our best selves.
