Quite interesting.I agree with the Aspartame thing. Everyday, I used to drink a liter of ice cold iced tea with Aspartame or artificial sweetener and by the end of the afternoon, I would experience freaking painful, very severe migraines, that I would almost faint from it. It was a good thing I read an article on Aspartame and how poisonous it can be to the body and eversince I have avoided it, I have never experienced migraines or any headache at all.Great post!
