		<description>I don&#039;t believe as well in taking sleeping pills so they can fall asleep.It has adverse reactions and can be very addictive.Sleeping disorders like insomnia are caused by stress. My doctor recommended taking large doses of vitamin C to detoxify my body and this helps me give good sleep, takes the stress away too.There are many herbal supplements that detoxifies the body and act as natural sedatives without the harmful side effects. Chamomile tea is one good example.

		<description>Yes, it is very important to time the sleep medicine intake, taking a sleeping pill in midnight, after lying for 3-5 hours and realizing that you can&#039;t fall sleep without the pill is a very wrong way to do it.

I have seen people wake up a 2 Am and take the sleeping pill, it is a very wrong way to do it, as you will fall sleep at likely 3/4 am and then get up in 5+ hours of sleep and feel unhealthy the following day...</description>
