Yes, it is very important to time the sleep medicine intake, taking a sleeping pill in midnight, after lying for 3-5 hours and realizing that you can’t fall sleep without the pill is a very wrong way to do it.
I have seen people wake up a 2 Am and take the sleeping pill, it is a very wrong way to do it, as you will fall sleep at likely 3/4 am and then get up in 5+ hours of sleep and feel unhealthy the following day…
I never support taking sleeping pills. It is like a drug which cannot be stopped.
To have this medicine there is also some system and conditions to have it or else it can have side effects on the body.
I believe that sleeping pills should be taken in extreme conditions. There can be many other ways to solve your problems of sleep.
There are many people who can sleep because of these sleeping pills only. Temporary they get sleep but for long term it is very harmful.

I don’t believe as well in taking sleeping pills so they can fall asleep.It has adverse reactions and can be very addictive.Sleeping disorders like insomnia are caused by stress. My doctor recommended taking large doses of vitamin C to detoxify my body and this helps me give good sleep, takes the stress away too.There are many herbal supplements that detoxifies the body and act as natural sedatives without the harmful side effects. Chamomile tea is one good example.
